What is grinding bead?
Grinding head is akind small shank grinding tools,used in electric grinder,hanging mill,hand drill etc.There are many kinds,mainly includes ceramic grinding head,rubber grinding head,diamond grinding beads and abrasive cloth grinding head etc.
What is the characteristics of the three kinds grinding head?now introduce them as follows:
Ceramic grinding heads:Emery sand( brown fused alumina,white fused alumina,pink fused alumina,silicon carbide) are sintered with ceramic bond,supplemented by a metal handle in the center.Mainly used in grinding various metals.
Rubber grinding head: Abrasives are combined with rubber binder,used for mold polishing.
Diamond grinding head: it is a grinding tool for non-metallic materials such as stone and porcelain materials, especially a grinding tool using diamond alloy as the grinding body
